Mission Statement

The mission of the Brownsville Area Revitalization Corporation is to achieve economic development  through historic preservation, heritage tourism, outdoor recreation, community stewardship, education, youth advancement and  the arts.

Information about our properties for sale or rent is available from the menu on the left under ABOUT US -- PROPERTIES.

Businesses are encouraged to come to the community to either rent or purchase the property. The ultimate goal of BARC is to encourage businesses to own the property of their business.

Become a BARC member! Support the efforts of revitalization in Brownsville. Membership is only $15.00 for an individual and $25.00 for a family. Members receive The Enterprise a quarterly newsletter published by BARC. The application is available here as an Adobe pdf for printing. Thank You!

BARC meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 6:30 PM in the Community Room of the Flatiron Building.
