Businesses are encouraged to come to the community to either rent or purchase the property. The ultimate goal of BARC is to encourage businesses to own the property of their business. Become a BARC member! Support the efforts of revitalization in Brownsville. Membership is only $15.00 for an individual and $25.00 for a family.
